We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Product Manager to support the rapid evolution and expansion of its range of digital identity solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Product Manager, you will:
  • Determine the vision and roadmap for the digital identity products under your purview.
  • Perform industry analysis, standards, and competitive intelligence related to digital identity solutions.
  • Participate in select digital identity conferences.
  • Maintain relationships with key industry players and decision-makers.
  • Gain a basic understanding of the technologies underlying the various types of digital identity.
  • Identify new product development opportunities.
  • Plan deliverables, prioritize requirements and ensure coordination of the various phases with the different stakeholders.
  • Take part in delivery validations and demonstrations.
  • Define and document product processes and associated business rules.
  • Be the contact person for all stakeholders involved in the product (Sales, Marketing, Development, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Establish deployment and marketing strategies for new initiatives.
  • Working with external suppliers and partners.
  • Travel a maximum of 6% of the time.

In collaboration with your colleagues in the Product Management team, you will:

  • Ensure consistency and synergy between Notarius and Portage CyberTech ecosystem products.
  • Assist sales in demonstrating products and features to customers and partners.
  • Respond to various questions from internal teams and customers, as well as requests for information (RFI, RFP) in support of the Sales and Business Development teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have relevant academic background (bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent program).
  • Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Have excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Be effective in managing multiple priorities.
  • Be able to effectively communicate with customers and partners.
  • Be organized, attentive to detail and curious by nature.
  • Have the ability to work closely with development, quality assurance and customer support teams.
  • Have knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Understand technical concepts, software installation, APIs, test execution and feature validation with ease.
  • Assets: Knowledge of eIDAS, PCTF (Pan-Canadian Trust Framework), Verifiable Credential and/or identity verification.
  • Be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (some of your colleagues, as well as many suppliers, partners and customers, are located outside Quebec).
