As of January 23, 2026, the Notarius brand will begin transitioning to Portage CyberTech.
This evolution reflects the unified company we have operated as for the past three years and strengthens our ability to deliver the digital trust, innovation, and excellence our customers expect.
What remains the same:
- Solutions Notarius Inc. continues as the legal entity.
- All certificates, digital signatures, and validation processes remain fully valid.

What’s changing:
