Inside Sales Representative
Portage CyberTech is seeking experienced Sales professionals with specialized expertise in digital identity concepts. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in selling solutions from leading vendors in the space (for example: Okta, Onespan, DocuSign, Ping Identity, WSO2, Forgerock, IBM – Secure Verify product, Microsoft – Entra product, Entrust, Adobe, Interac, SecureKey, Thales, and RSA).
Support Specialist (Technical)
In this role, you will provide high‑quality technical support to customers, troubleshoot application issues, work with SQL data, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. You will participate in client meetings, document solutions, validate deployments, and contribute to improving support processes and product documentation.
